Over the weekend, the world has witnessed three splendid victories of Australians. First, there was the arrival in Sydney of 16-year-old
Jessica Watson, who had just sailed non-stop around the globe.
Then there was the impressive victory of world champion
Cadel Evans in a stage of the Tour of Italy.
Finally, there was the stunning victory of
Mark Webber in the Grand Prix of Monaco.
